Cooling circuits
Antiscalants, corrosion inhibitors and dispersants
They are used in both closed and open cooling circuits (once-through or half-tower recirculation). They belong to the "Hyperline" series, a wide range of products that allows our customers to always rely on a tailor-made treatment program. This minimizes costs while achieving tangible benefits in terms of: reduced downtime and maintenance, extended system life, greater heat exchange efficiency, and the assurance of always operating with the strictest respect for the environment.
biocides
Uncontrolled bacterial growth can cause serious damage to systems, both in terms of organic fouling and sub-deposit corrosion. Borman selects active ingredients that provide the highest levels of efficacy and environmental safety. The "Biogreen" series of biocide formulations, specifically designed to address the various types of problems related to aerobic and anaerobic bacteria and algae, is called "Biogreen."
Reverse osmosis
The spread of membrane systems (especially ultrafiltration and nanofiltration and reverse osmosis) is affecting an increasing number of industrial sectors: boiler water, wastewater, biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry processes, and more. Reverse osmosis systems, in particular, require attention and, without appropriate treatments, are subject to frequent downtime and costly membrane replacements.
Anti-scalants
Borman has developed the "Revos" series to address all potential membrane fouling and fouling problems, extending their life and minimizing chemical cleaning operations.
Cleaners
Periodically it is also necessary to intervene with appropriate cleaners and in this case the "CleanOS" series solves the majority of cases due to inorganic or organic/biological dirt.
Thermal circuits
Steam is widely used in various industrial sectors and generated by a variety of boiler types. Controlling corrosion and inorganic salt deposition is essential to avoid costly maintenance, production downtime, losses in exchange efficiency, and safety issues. Bormavis Line
Oxygen scavengers: they allow the complete elimination of dissolved oxygen which, inevitably, is not completely removed by thermo-physical degassing equipment.
Bormine Line
Alkalizers for steam/condensate networks: they allow the pH to be adjusted to the desired values in order to minimize corrosive phenomena.
Bormaclean Line
Anti-scaling/dispersing agents for boiler water: they allow the heat exchange surfaces inside the cylindrical body to be kept clean, avoiding dangerous localized overheating phenomena and costly heat exchange losses.
